what is the delivery time frame?

Australian orders:
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and are sent via Australia Post. Standard delivery can be expected within 2-6 business days after dispatch and Express delivery within 1-3 business days.

International Orders:
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and are sent via Australia Post. Most international orders can be expected within 12-24 business days after dispatch. You can check the estimated delivery time for your particular country here.

do all orders provide tracking information?

Yes, all orders are shipped through Australia Post, and you will receive the tracking information for your order via email once it has been dispatched.

For smaller lightweight orders such as bookmarks, stickers, or decals, they are sent as an Australia Post Tracked Letter, so be on the lookout for an envelope in your letterbox on the day of delivery!
