returns
Due to the nature of these personalised items, Opal and Twine has a no return policy unless items are faulty or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if it has arrived faulty or damaged. It is up to Opal & Twine's discretion to decide whether a replacement item will be sent or a refund will be processed.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the event that an item is damaged in transport, please contact is and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring them to your local post office for assessment of damage. A refund will not be provided until after this assessment.
If you request a refund and cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be charged the applicable merchant fees and a 5% restocking fee.
Due to the nature of personalised items, refunds will not be made for orders cancelled after the item has already been made.
